“Why do they keep doing that?”
“What are they naturally wired for, and how do we use that better?”
One of the most common things I see in teams, especially smart, fast-moving teams, is that people misread each other. Not because they don't care, but because nobody ever made the invisible visible. They assume. They project. They read someone's way of working through the lens of their own.
CliftonStrengths gives everyone a common language for how they work best. I use it as a practical tool, not a personality label, and the emphasis is on what people do differently next week, not just self-awareness in the room.

Hi, I'm Genevieve.
I'm a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach based in Golden, Colorado. I spent over a decade leading software and product teams.
I know what it looks like when a team is misfiring. My work sits between human dynamics and operational reality.
How a workshop is shaped
Every workshop has the same three parts. What goes into them depends on your team, and I don't decide that until I've seen your results.
Discover
Your own results, in practice: how they show up under pressure, in collaboration, when you're leading.
In the half-day, there's a break between Discover and Connect to read your full 34-theme report.
Connect
The team as a whole: where you're naturally powerful as a group, and what's worth being intentional about.
Apply
Where self-awareness stops being just interesting and starts being useful.

- A shorter, focused version for teams or leadership groups. In person or virtual.
- Leadership and manager groupsThe same work for the people who manage others: using strengths for coaching, feedback and delegation.More →
- CoachingStrengths-based coaching tied to the real challenges in front of you. For leaders, managers and individuals, 1:1 or in small cohorts.More →
- Follow-upsSessions after a workshop that turn strengths language into habits, so it doesn't fade once the day is over.More →
In their words
From the anonymous feedback survey after a recent half-day team workshop.
“I now understand the strengths of everyone on the team and what types of tasks they will excel at. Genevieve made this discovery process legitimately fun!”
“Learning about my own strengths and blind spots was great, and the survey seemed to really get it correct for me. What was even better was learning my team's strengths and blind spots as well. It ultimately will help us collaborate more strongly going forward and have a better understanding of the positions people take and the associated behaviors.”
